A lovely 2 bed-roomed cottage with mountain views situated in prestigious Park Avenue near the ‘World of Birds’. Private veranda and secure off-street parking make this a great choice. Suitable for one couple or a couple with 1 or 2 children. Maximum 4 persons. Located in prestigious Park Avenue in Hout Bay, this cottage offers one room with a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and dining area. The second room serves as lounge, TV room and second bedroom for kids. There is a queen-size bed, as well as a second bathroom with shower en-suite. A small kitchenette with a 2-plate cooker/ grill, fridge, microwave, kettle and all the necessary crockery and cutlery. Secure off-street parking, a separate alarm system, linen and towels are provided. The cottage is serviced  twice per week
